The right to withdraw from the contract

  1. The buyer who is a consumer, making a purchase for purposes unrelated to professional or business activity, making a purchase of an individualized item in the CLOVE Store in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act (Article 38 point 3) is not able to refrain from buying the purchased product distance. All Goods sold by the CLOVE Shop are individualized goods, made non-standard, handicrafts that are unique, are individual goods.
  2. The exception is the finished products offered in the CLOVE store. In this case, the Client, pursuant to art. 27 of the Consumer Law may withdraw from a distance contract, without giving a reason.
  3. The deadline to withdraw from a distance contract is 14 days from the date of delivery of the item.
  4. The Customer declares the withdrawal from the contract by email at clovehmatelier@gmail.com.
  5. The customer sends back the subject of the contract from which he resigned at his own expense and risk.
  6. The returned contract subject should be intact. The consumer is liable for a reduction in the value of the object being the subject of the contract.
  7. The Seller shall promptly, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal from the contract submitted by the Customer, return the payment made by him, the Seller may withhold the return of the payment received from the Customer until he receives the goods back.
Complaints

  1. The buyer who is a consumer, i.e. a natural person making a purchase for purposes unrelated to business or business, making a purchase of individualized goods in the CLOVE Store in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act (Article 38 point 3) is not able to advertise the purchased Goods.

Warranty

  1. The goods sold by the CLOVE Shop are individualized goods, made non-standard, handicrafts that are unique, are individual goods.
  2. The Seller is liable to the Buyer on the terms set out in art. 556 of the Civil Code and subsequent ones for physical defects (warranty).
  3. In the case of a contract with the customer if a physical defect was found within one year of the delivery of the item.
  4. The customer, if the item sold has a defect, may:
  5. submit a statement requesting a price reduction;
  6. submit a statement of withdrawal from the contract; unless the Seller promptly and without undue inconvenience exchanges the defective item for one free of defects or removes the defect.
  7. The customer can not withdraw from the contract if the defect is irrelevant.
  8. The Seller may refuse to satisfy the Customer's request if it is impossible to bring the defective item into conformity with the contract in a manner chosen by the Customer or would require excessive costs compared to the second possible way to bring it into compliance with the contract.
  9. The Customer's claim to remove the defect or replace the item sold for free from defects expires after one year from the day the defect is discovered.
  10. The seller is not responsible for:
  11. defects caused as a result of circumstances beyond the Seller's control;
  12. defects resulting from improper use, maintenance and maintenance;
  13. damages and defects resulting from attempts at alterations made by the Customer;
  14. damage caused by inadequate product placement (on a non-leveled substrate, in the immediate vicinity of heating elements);
  15. damage caused by the use of chemicals;
  16. damage and deformation caused by placing hot, cold or heavy objects directly on the table surface;
  17. damage caused by prolonged contact with water;
  18. damage caused by inadequate transport by the client himself, as well as by the courier company (in the case of damage by the courier company, complete the report with the courier);
  19. damages and defects with which the customer familiarized with the purchase of the product;
  20. changes resulting from everyday use;
  21. natural changes in the structure of wood and its colors;
  22. natural anatomical elements of wood structure (heartwood, white, rays, rings, knots, cracks and others);
  23. scraps, defects that indicate the styling of the furniture by the Seller, combining the components or resulting from the nature of the furniture made by hand;
  24. natural cavities.

Warranty

  1. The product sold by the CLOVE Shop is an individualized product, made non-standard, handicraft, which we will not repeat, is an individual commodity.
  2. We provide a manufacturer's warranty of 24 months from the delivery of the Goods.
  3. The warranty covers damage related to the joining and gluing of the countertop.

Depending on the quantity and weight of the products you order, the chosen payment method and your preferences, you can choose one of the delivery methods:


The fastest and safest:

  • We deliver goods with our own transport, the cost depends on the number of kilometers traveled.
  • Personal pickup is the easiest way to pick up the ordered goods you can pick them up from:
  • Fritzi- Massary Str 13, Berlin,
  • or from the organizing office: Wspólna 18, 66-415 Wojcieszyce;
  • The date of shipment is set individually with each of you;
  • Because each of our products is a non-standard work, we arrange shipment with the customer individually.


For each product is given a date that describes when products can be sent by us - from 24 hours to 6 weeks - if the product is made to order.

We make every effort to ensure that the offer presented on the website corresponds to the real stock levels.

If you order a larger number of products, the shipping time of the entire order is matched to the product with the longest shipping time.

Electronic payment - the most convenient and very fast way of fulfilling the order. During business hours, funds will be credited to our account immediately.

We realize individual orders after posting an advance payment amounting to 50% of the order value. The remaining amount carried out upon receipt of the order.

Own transport, the price of transport depends on the number of kilometers to drive.
